To ensure a smooth and efficient pressure washing service, please review and complete the following checklist before our arrival.
Kindly note that we will provide you with an arrival day, but not a specific time, as we typically wash 2-4 properties per day.
By following this checklist thoroughly, you'll be well-prepared for our visit.
Please be advised that you don't need to be present during the cleaning process.
We will send you an invoice that can be conveniently paid by debit or credit card once we have completed the service. There are no additional fees associated with card payments. Thank you!
- Ensure all windows are closed and locked.
- Turn off all exterior lights.
- Move potted plants and any fabric items approximately 15 feet away from your home.
- Relocate patio furniture, grills, and other items away from the home. If needed, we can assist with the moving process upon request.
- Reserve a parking spot on your driveway for our service vehicle, if applicable.
- Be mindful of our hoses and avoid driving over them. Please ask us to move them first, as they are costly and can burst easily if run over. (A surcharge of $175 will apply if hoses are damaged by vehicles.)
- If we are scheduled to clean your driveway, please ensure all vehicles are removed from it before our arrival.
- Inform anyone entering or leaving the house during our visit that their clothing may be stained by our detergent.
- Note the presence of trip hazards such as hoses and ladders.
- Please be aware that we typically place a yard sign in your yard before starting the work for local advertising purposes. If this poses an issue, kindly let us know. On average, we leave the sign for a week. If, for any reason, we haven't returned within 7 days, feel free to discard it.
